Our standard process has three key steps that will be tailored to your company's needs
Research & Interviews
We'll do a deep dive into your industry and see how the competition is positioning value. We'll combine that with learnings from interviews
with your sales team and our own expertise to identify your core value drivers and develop data-driven value formulas.
Model Building
We will build out the value framework and the corresponding value model. You share your feedback, and we'll iterate accordingly.
Rollout and Enablement
We'll host an training session for your sales team and support your reps for the first few opportunities. You'll also get videos and documents on how to most effectively use the value model.
